Marcia has a strong sense of design intuition, personal integrity, and she values
each client relationship. Marcia has combined her design acumen and leadership to
inspire and shape her team making MHD Group a popular branding and design agency.
Maria CarlsonMarketing and
Maria has 20 years' experience in website design, digital artwork, social media and
marketing integration. As technology and the Internet have exploded, Maria has kept
current in changing times. Through clear communication, she transforms client ideas
into clickable realities. With her team, Maria has created 300 websites for
companies and organizations. She also plays an integral role in collaborating with
clients to create impactful marketing campaigns that draw attention to key brands
Dave LyghtleDirector of Public Relations
Dave has worked with private corporations, public agencies, attorneys and individuals on various high-level communications strategies, including crisis response, reputation management, media engagement, public affairs writing and community outreach. He is knowledgeable about vital issues affecting the Central Valley, including state water policy, education and economic development. Dave is a communications expert, writer and former journalist with more than 30 years’ experience.
Josh ParkMarketing Strategist
Josh has a proven ability to help business leaders put their vision into action. He specializes in clarifying an organization’s purpose and building the strategy, tactics, branding and messaging that will drive toward measurable results. Josh earned his Art degree from CSU East Bay, then dove into marketing to help businesses tell intriguing and effective stories through visual media. For over 10 years, Josh has guided leaders to define efficient processes, connect with wider audiences and capture year-over-year sales growth and profitability.
Gilberto CisnerosManager/Web Developer
Gil began tinkering with radios, computers and electronics at a young age. His
fascination soon shifted from hardware to software once he began to understand the
power of computer coding. He attended California State University, Stanislaus, and
started his professional career as a personal banker. Along that career path, Gil
realized his passion was in software design. Gil is especially attracted to the
logic of coding. He shares MHD Group’s dedication to customer service and always
finding the best fit on behalf of clients.
Megan DoleSenior Designer
Megan looks forward to telling a story about her clients’ brand in different mediums. She has been excited about graphic design since she was a teenager. She enjoys learning corporate strategies and creative perspectives in the industry. Megan’s love of travel shapes her personal life as well as her career. Megan joined MHD Group because of its reputation for quality, commitment to its clients and her desire for professional growth. She earned a degree in Graphic Design from Azusa Pacific University.
Marian MartinoCreative Strategist
Marian recently joined MHD Group after 32 years at Martino Graphic Design, a successful design and communications firm in Modesto. Her role as lead manager for project oversight and primary client contact allowed her to form strong client relationships. She prides herself on being a good listener. This skill provides the perfect platform for her to effectively assess needs, develop plans and strategies, and deliver results.
Paul MartinoArt Director
Paul began his career in graphic design and communications more than 30 years ago as a partner at Martino Graphic Design. He has a strong background in logo design and branding, campaign strategy and concept development, and all facets of print media. As art director and designer, his thoughtful insights, clean style and well-honed communication skills have generated hundreds of effective marketing collateral.
Taylor LuskGraphic Designer
Taylor has a wide range of design skills. She believes each design project is unique and requires true thought and understanding to achieve success. Taylor has created brand identities for many companies across multiple platforms, from print and display to the Web and social media. She enjoys collaborating with our other designers to turn marketing and advertising concepts into reality. She has a degree in Communication Design from Chico State University.
Laurence PetersSenior Designer
Laurence’s love of photography and architecture give him a unique perspective when approaching graphic and structural design. His passion started at an early age; always taking drafting and art electives in high school and junior college. At the California College of the Arts, he studied graphic design and illustration. Thirty years of experience designing for local, national, and international brands has given Laurence a strong background in all areas of corporate design. He loves the process of solving problems and approaches each project with a unique perspective and intention.
Matt DykesProduction Assistant
Matt has been working as a production artist in the business and nonprofit sectors since 2008. His expertise in and knowledge of pre-press and printing standards allow him to creatively execute corporate design. Matt 's exceptional organizational skills enable him to meet project deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction.
Jon TerrySocial Media Strategist
Jon has broad range of writing, social media and design skills. He specializes in sponsored social media and search engine campaigns. Jon is dedicated to improving your company’s online presence and its overall website experience. Whether he’s charting out comprehensive social content calendars or driving additional traffic to your website with online ads, Jon sees every piece of the social media puzzle. He attended Fresno State University, where he got his bachelor’s degree in public relations.
Julia WashingtonCustomer Service Representative
Julia loves interacting with people and enjoys working independently just as much as being on a team. With a degree in Creative Writing/English, she loves finding creative and efficient ways to keep projects organized to ensure communication is clear and effective.
Betty RochaOffice Manager
Betty has been at the administrative center of MHD Group since 1993. Her
administrative duties range from all bookkeeping duties to managing all human
resource activities. In most cases Betty is the first point of contact for customers
who visit or call the office. The office staff prides itself on accurate and timely
responses to all inquiries. Betty takes great pride in the nurturing both the
welcoming and the highly professional office environment our customers find when
they visit or interact with MHD Group.
