Dibs provides a free online tool to help people get to work, school or play when traveling to or from San Joaquin, Stanislaus, or Merced counties. Smart Travel options include carpools, walking, biking, vanpools, trains and other transit. Dibs was established to improve air quality, reduce traffic congestion, help people save money and improve people’s health through smart travel.
